Get game-ready this Summer and build your strength, speed, and agility off the ice. This is for players who want to dominate next season — co-ed U15 groups and U18/Junior/College/Pro groups.
Whether you’re gearing up for tryouts or leveling up for next season, our Dryland Hockey Training Program will get you in peak shape.
Designed by hockey performance coaches, this program includes:
Explosive off-ice speed training
Off-ice strength & conditioning
Core and balance drills for better puck control
Agility, footwork & quickness training
Position-specific development sessions
Weekly performance tracking
Off-ice shooting
Yoga and X-training
3 days/week
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
3:30 - 4:30pm
5 days/week
Monday - Friday
6:00 - 7:30am
7:00 - 8:30am
8:00 - 9:30am
4:30 - 6:00pm
