Options for 2 or 4 days/week for some age groups.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Mondays
Skating Foundations, Progressions + Tempo with Puck Focus: Edge control and acceleration, puck touches, passing pace, conditioning base

Tuesdays
Speed + Execution with Puck
Focus: Faster decision-making, shooting in stride, small area battles

Wednesdays
Pressure + Contact
Focus: Compete drills, net-front, puck protection, reaction speed, First touch, retrievals and escapes

Thursdays
Game Simulation + Elite Execution
Focus: Playing with pace and compete, reads, small area games, conditioning under fatigue
